*The Silver Ticket Raffle is being conducted by Bandera County Committee on Aging, Inc., DBA, The Silver Sage, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the laws of the State of Texas. *Only 1,500 Silver Tickets shall be sold. *Silver Tickets shall be sold from 8:00 am, March 29, 2019, through 12:00 pm, July 4, 2019. *Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to participate. *There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase. *If more than one person combine monies to purchase a ticket, only one person's name may appear on the ticket. *The Silver Sage Board members, employees, and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this raffle. *Raffle tickets are $20.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased by cash, check, money order (made payable to Silver Sage) or by credit card (credit cards may be used by clicking on the "DONATE" button on any page of this website). *By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions. Odds of winning are 1:750. *Tickets may be purchased by the following methods: 1. on the internet at www.SilverSageCorral.org. Any page on the website has a "DONATE" button that will accept credits cards. (click on "Other" at the bottom of the list and put in the amount for the number of tickets you wish to purchase. This is a one time amount.) 2. in person at Silver Sage 3. from any participating Bandera County merchant *Prizes: Two (2) Silver Ticket winners will be drawn. First Silver Ticket will receive a $2,500 Bandera County Shopping Spree. The second Silver Ticket will receive a $2,500 Bandera County Shopping Spree. *Prize specifics: The winning ticketholder of any prizes must select, in writing, the participating Bandera County merchant(s) they they would like to receive gift certificates from within 30 days of notification of winning. These gift certificates are not limited in quantity or dollar amounts except that they do not exceed the value of the prize being claimed. You may request to receive gift certificates from any business considered a participating merchant in Bandera County. Example: You might want a $100 gift certificate to a certain merchant, a $400 gift certificate to another merchant, a $500 from another one, a $1,500 from a different one. Or, you may choose one gift certificate for $2,500 from any participating Bandera County merchant. *Participating Bandera County merchants are defined as those who are in good standing with the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce, the Bandera Business Association, and/or have a valid sales tax ID for Bandera County, and who have agreed to participate in the raffle. A complete list of participating merchants can be found by clicking on the link below. *Drawing will be held live on Facebook at 12:00 pm on the 4th of July, 2019. The winners will be determined by random drawing. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via phone, email, and certified return receipt mail within 7 days of the drawing, and will be posted on the Silver Sage website. The Silver Sage, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The decisions of the Board of Directors or Silver Sage are final on all matters concerning the raffle. Void where prohibited by law. *Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to the Silver Sage as a donation.
