*The Silver Ticket Raffle is being conducted by Bandera County Committee on Aging, Inc., DBA, The Silver Sage, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the laws of the State of Texas. *Only 500 Silver Tickets shall be sold. *Every Silver Ticket shall be numbered. *Silver Tickets shall be sold from 8:00am, October 17, 2018, through 7:00pm, December 31, 2018. *Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to participate. *There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase. *If more than one person combine monies to purchase a ticket, only one person's name may appear on the ticket. *The Silver Sage Board members, employees, and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this raffle. *Raffle tickets are $50.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased by cash, check, money order (made payable to Silver Sage) or by credit card (credit cards may be used by clicking on the "DONATE" button on any page of this website). *By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions. *Tickets may be purchased by the following methods: 1. on the internet at www.SilverSageCorral.org. Any page on the website has a "DONATE" button that will accept credits cards. (click on "Other" at the bottom of the list and put in the amount for the number of tickets you wish to purchase. This is a one time amount.) 2. in person at Silver Sage 3. from any participating Bandera County merchant 4. from employees of Silver Sage *Prizes: Two (2) Silver Ticket winners will each receive $2,500 in gift certificates to any participating Bandera County merchants. *Prizes Specifics: Within 30 days of notification of winning, the ticketholders must select, in writing, the participating Bandera merchant or merchants from whom they would like to receive gift certificates. The gift certificate amounts are not limited to quantity of dollar amounts except that they do not exceed the total $2,500 value amount. *Participating Bandera County merchants are defined as those who are in good standing with the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce, the Bandera Business Association, and/or have a valid sales tax ID for Bandera County, and who have agreed to participate in the raffle. A complete list of participating merchants can be found by clicking on the link below. *Drawing will be held during a live feed on New Year's Eve at 12:00 midnight. Winners will be notified via phone, email, and certified return receipt mail within 7 days of the drawing, and will be posted on the Silver Sage website. *Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to the Silver Sage as a donation.
